FYI: KLX300 w DJ2206, DJ146, #40 Pilot - 1st ride
It starts on first kick, and power wheelies in 2nd gear - didn't try 3rd cause I'm chicken.
I took HD footage of the DJ 0352 needle that comes with the 2206 kit. It is a whole different animal than the 0228 that comes in the 2152 kit.. I'll try to post the footage or a snap shot from the footage.. I'm thinking, if running lidless, we should be using the 2206 kit in our KLX250's. It is designed to run lidless on the KLX300's and I think that needle has a lot to do with it as the main jet selection is the same..

2nd ride - set the fuel screw to midway between idle drops.. Using a #40 pilot of course..reassembled the plastic.. went for ride 2..
Yep, she power wheelies in 3rd - nail it from the right starting RPM, and with a little tug on the bars your living on the wild side..
1st and 2nd gear power wheelies are unasissted..
