[8D]Yesterday me and my buddy did a little part swapping. I got my 09 9 days ago and he has a 06klx250. I cant stand riding it with the stock exhaust, so we did a swap and everything fits up. There is a few tight areas but it fits. So yes a full muzzy will fit the new 09KLX

Whew!!! That was a lot of work, I hope that was ok to edit your post. But we have all been dying to see the 09 in more detail.

I'm sorry, but because the bike is so new and we are dying to see the pictures, I just had to re post these so nobody has to click. I hope that's ok man. Oh and thanks for sharing, and if I was to get an 09 it would definately be the red one. Oh sure its slower than green, but you gotta love the looks of it in that color. Maybe it brings out the Old school Honda in all of us. Anyway here are the pics. Thanks again. Who's youre buddy without a pipe now? Is he a member here....thats good news for 09 riders that the muzzy fits, but I wonder if they're going to make one specifically for it?

On that note...I wonder if the BG and FMF fit too?

 

I don't know if other ones fit, and I would imagine they will make one to fit specifically for 09's but I couldnt wait and the resources were there, and he is SOL for a week until I get my muzzy.

 

Great pics, that Muzzy looks good on there. If the Muzzy fits, I'm sure the other KLX300 pipes will fit too, most likely with the same stipulation that it needs to be a full system and not a slip-on, the exception being KLX250S specific slip-ons like the HMF and Two Brothers.

 

did you rejet the bike? can you elaborate on the effect the muzzy has had on the power and spread of it across the rpm range?

 

The Muzzy looks better on the 09 than it does on the 06-07.
