There's not much detail in the OP's description on the exact location he's speaking of...and the pics aren't lit very well. If it's that gap you're concerned with, then I'm with those who pointed out that it's a welded member that does not need to be welded on the entire perimeter. It it's something or somewhere else, I'm not seeing it in those pics. You need some better camera flash or lighting and a more descriptive location.

No black paint, no smooth finish.
Only bare metal and irregular like a broken part.
The other side this bar is perfect.
So my concern.

Unfortunately, we are. And we're talking about supermoto in the 400-600cc range. Try to figure it ou how much a Ducati SBK goes for over here. It's sad and disturbing, actually.
