FWIW I dont think FSW makes a good product for the KLX.

I bought one, it rested against the frame. No amount of repositioning or tightening procedure could fix it. The pipe is not stainless or even coated. It is spray painted & scratches off instantly. The weld on the flange where it goes into the head is sloppier than the OEM Kawasai one. I dont think it was even mandrel bent. I sold it & cut my loss. I never ran with it (cause I could not even get it mounted up right), maybe it makes power, but I dont care if it fits that crappy & is cheaply made. Flame away.

Do they sell the idler gear kit?

 

Didn't they do the stroker kit for the klx? I can't remember what the final displacement was, but I remember reading about it on klx world some time ago.
