Default fork seals

Hello Everyone,

Its been a while since I have asked anything, but I have a question.
I have been doing some trail riding with my 6 year old son and have started to notice that one of my forks leaks oil. If I clean it up and wash the bike it works great on road .
It only leaks if I do some heavy trail riding.
Has anyone else experianced this same problem.

let me see if I can attatch a picture of where we ride.

I don't think your forks like riding up in the trees

Check for a nick or gouge on the lower slider. If it has one it can make the seal leak & if it is in a place where the seal only travels over it near full compression it would explain why it is fine on road but once you start using more travel off road it leaks.
