Currently using the d2moto pegs:
1994-2007 Kawasaki KLX250 KLX300R KLX650 Foot Pegs
No complaints and the price was great.

Apparently everyone missed the previous post on this. Any foot peg that fits any KLX250 should fit any other one based on the Kawasaki foot peg part number, which cross references to all other models for the fit. Fact is the same pegs fit the KLX650 and 300 too. That means the peg fits the clevis and has the same size pin hole on it.

Bought these, same 'quality' as those I've had on my DRZ for 6 years with zero issues. They took less than 5 min to install on wife's 2013 KLX250:
