Yea dirt on a bike is bad enough, but fish smell? Man get the lemon juice.

You could make a bag that you carry. Or just put them is a saddle bag or something. Just remember to cover the fish.

This is what I bring every time I go fishing at spots that I can get to with my motorcycle. A PVC tube caped at one end, and a threaded cap on the other will work too. If I catch fish, I finish offall the beer and put fish in the box in my backpack. I strap the tube with the pole angled across my back. Sometimes I have it under my backpack shoulder strap and over my handlebars.
