finally!! a service manual in .pdf
I wouldn't say paranoid, I would say net savvy. Some dude joins here with zero info in his profile, first post is a link to an ebay auction. The auction is for a PDF of a shop manual that clearly claims NOT to be the official manual, but one made by the author. NONE of these items have been sold, yet the poster says he/she has one and it is great.
The seller is off shore and selling it at such a price as to make it almost not worth the effort to claim for a refund if it is rubbish, so the seller makes lots of money off of frequent small transactions. Add to this, even if you used Paypal, so long as the seller sells you what has been claimed in his auction, you will not get a refund. So, all he has to do is give you a PDF with minimal info as claimed in the auction and he is covered.
Hmmmm, it's only $20, so if someone else whats to be the test case, someone from around here that has been around for a while, go for it. I would rather spend $100 and know what I am buying then get screwed out of $20 and get a pile of crap.

whats your ebay user again? lol
It does look interesting ( not as interesting as the HOTD posts mind you [&:]
- man those are .......... well.....) OK back on track, sorry. I'll watch it for a few days and see what happens. I just may go for it and see what I get. A guy can surley P away 20 bucksin worse ways. The only part that bothers me is the wide range of model years. When you do that the detail gets lost.

In the auction you can see some example pages of what you're getting and if that is the detail that you get throughout the 431 pages in the .pdf manual then it would probably not be a waste of $20
