Ok, well not too many pictures... sorry. I was the only guy with a camera and we were riding so hard I didn't get a chance to take very many.

We started off about 10am and finished up about 5pm. We rode almost the whole time.

Here we are at one of our first rest stops:

The XR got stuck again and we literally had to tie a rope to it and drag it out on it's side. Luckily we had a 4 wheeler and a rope with us. We couldn't budge it when it was first stuck. I didn't get any pictures of it in the mud, just a few as we pulled it out...

We also found a lot of new trails that ended up in some pretty remote places. Oddly, we found fields that were filled with Turkey's and what looked to be bear droppings. If I had my .44 I would have taken a picture next to it for deej.

Like I said, not a whole lot of pictures but a whole lot of riding. My bike looks like it has an exoskeleton right now and I don't have the energy to even spray it off. We had a blast as usual and nobody got hurt which was great. Probably my last big ride of the season. The next few months will be busy as I am building a house.

Hope you guys enjoy the few pix I managed to take!

Nice mud hole!! I like the grins on everybodys faces looking at the bike in the mud. Thanks for putting up the pic, and congrats on the house.

Haha! Glad to hear you're having fun with the XR rider 'BRP'..haha!! I would definitely be ragging him the rest of the trip even though I have mad respect for XR's.

I now have 22,000 miles on my KLX with no hint of any problem so far. The valves have never been adjusted and are still in spec as of about 100KM ago. If the majority of your riding is on pavement, I'd say it's reasonable to expect that.

Anyway, enjoy this little bike. It may be a silghtly outdated, but it's as reliable as they come. My most significant expense has been replacing the chain and front/rear sprocktet combo roughly every 10,000 miles.

don't forget the tires, between those and 4 sets of handle bars that's where all my money has gone.........but I'm thinking about the 351- just haven't pulled the trigger yet.
