Got the Exhaust (Stainetune) picked it up went home on my lunch break and wacked it on. Fit perfectly inside the header like a glove. Nice tight fit and clamped it up. Started it up and nearly creamed myself..........couldnt believe it was the same bike. Jumped on the bike like a horny kid and took it for a strap.........fark me she opens up like a screaming Banshee and I scared a bloke and his dog on the footpath coming back home LOL. I'm in love all over again with the KLX250. I URGE everyone with a stock pipe to replace it. You will not regret it. I just have to get used to the noise now, I just love the way it growls every gear change. There is a noise reduction cap on the end which I can remove with an allen key but hate to think how much more noisey it will be 
might do that over the weekend on a ride along some trails. Here are some pics!!

In regards to jetting I have done absolutely nothing...........all is good with no problems thus far. She gets a service in about 2 weeks and new tyres so will get the boys to take a look. The guys from the shop also told me I wouldnt have to rejet mainly because I installed a slipon without a header, but they said if it was running a bit lean to bring the bike in. Its all good!! I just want to thank everyone who helped me in making the right choice and for all of your advice........thanks again everyone.
