Don"t worry too much about being on the wrong side of the road as half of the locals are also! That is a heck of a ride too! The Golden Triangle has some amazing roads and trails, it's a riding junkie's heaven - why so many expats are serious riders up that way. My area is relatively flat rice land, great ***** to the wall dirt roads and scenic river side roads.

You all will have to wait with baited breath for detailed FI photos. I spent the morning adding another 100+ km to her on a back roads ride to Phon Phisai to the north-east. Then realized that I was running late to catch my plane back to work so huffed it down the highway to get home. I had her get a little sideways pulling into a hidden gas station driveway, wonder what the expat and locals behind me thought...

Interesting to note, I looked in my owners manual and my first service is at 1000km + ~621miles; It did sound like a rattling rat trap at first but as I get more km's on her she is sounding smoother. Sometimes doesn't like 4, 5 or 6th gears but she is slowly seeing my way.

I just need to get more time at home and less at work.

Eric
311km's and counting...
