A few modes installed HMF, Green Chain...
Here are some pics of my HMF installed with a little tweaking. I will take some close ups(I'll post heretomorrow)to show you guys what I did but I ended up cutting 2" of the pipe off where it attaches to the header thenmaking a bracket out of stainless steelthat attaches form one of the factory mounting holesto another. It fits great now with no clearance problems. As a bonusit doesn't stick out the back as much. I also added my Kawi green chain with the 45t rear and a set of dot approved LED rear turn signals. I have the fronts to match but I need to get longer stalks (I have to order them) so they will stick out enough to see them. The blinkers are rubber mounted and real bright!

The green on the chain matches great but it has the white chain lube on it still so it looks a little off. After I ride it a little I will give it a good cleaning and it will look better.

have to admit, that looks pretty sweet. i just noticed you removed your seat strap. i knew something was missing. i think i'm gonna order me that renthal 45, i got a cheaper steel one but i like the looks of that one. and some renthal 7/8" handlebars to match i think. i'm glad you like your pipe. it does look nice. i just hope it's solid now. btw, where did you get your blinkers? i'm gonna get rid of my fire truck lights this spring as well. i think i'm gonna keep the KLX and go on with my 331 plans. i don't think the husky is $3300 better than my KLX will be after the upgrade.
Nobreaks, I am with you on the white front. I just haven't decided what to do about it yet. I could wrap it with graphics, replace it with aftermarket one, or try to get my hands on a faceplate and light form the new KLX450. The light on that baby it sweeeeet.
The blinker are form Cycle Gear. I will find the package and post up the part #'s when I post some more pics tomorrow. They are the brightest LED's I have seen. I like the rubber mount and they are small enough to keep from hitting things (like the ground). I still have to find out what kind of resestor I need to keep them from blinking fast. I know it is an easy fix.
The pipe is more solid than the factory pipe. I love it.

Bike looks sweet evildoer. Just wondering, are the blinkers an issue as far as breaking them off, or more for aethestics. I haven't dumped it yet so I don't know, much to my wifes amazement. Jeremy
Well, I have fallen many times but the factory blinker just get scratched up or bend the brackets they are tough. I just wanted something that would look a little cleaner and didn't have to be adjusted every time I fall down. So, mostly for aesthetics.
