the fedex man came
MavAus,
Those look like really nice risers. I like the fact that they have the lower round portion to fill in the gap that would otherwise be left in the original mount point. I have flat-bottom risers that leave that gap. There are two styles availabe here on Ebay. The ones like yours cost about $75 and the ones like mine cost about $35. I definitely like your style better, but I couldn't justify the cost difference.
Also, let us know how that mirror works out. I had one of a similar design but I found that I could not keep it adjusted because it moved too freely in the ball socket. I ended up replacing it with the folding Ken Sean mirrors that several others have used. They are a bit of a pain to adjust just right, though, so if yours work out I might consider changing again.
Thanks,
Chris

my risers are from an aussie company www.ballards.cc oh yeah the mirror is too. I haven't fitted them yet
The risers were $29.95 au so with the exchange rate thats about $23 us
cheers
These are the dogbones I got a few weeks ago off ebay they came with holes too small for the job but I had them drilled out to suit and the guy sent me some new ones so everything worked out fine
The top 2 are the new aluminium ones and the bottom one is the original steel one. The original has holes that are a poor fit (sloppy fit) the ones I had drilled out are a perfect fit.

I tried the 2" link and it dropped the seat around 30mm. I haven't ridden the bike yet with them fitted
Cheers
