Default Factory Service manuals - interchangeability between years?

Looking on eBay for an 07 factory service manual and see a bunch of 94-96 manuals for very cheap. Te photo of the bike on the 93-96 manual looks exactly like my 07? Just how much did the engine and components change and is it ok to get the older manual?

Manual would be to get an overall general idea, torque values, diagrams etc.

I found this one online free. I'm not sure what has changed ,but it looks very close to our 07s for the most part.
good luck
