Default El Cheapo shorty levers

I got tired of pinching my fingers on my clutch hand so I wacked the little bugger off.

Someone on here had said that they had used heatshrink to cover the stubend, so I decided that I would make my own custom levers.

I liked it so I did the brake lever as well

LOL! Sliced mine off tonight, too!

I just grinded them down real good on the edges to round them out.

I had a true purpose though -- I installed Moose Racing handguards and the levers didn't work with the guards.

Nice job. The pink is super-cute! Me love you long time!

I like to think of it as red..
They do fit the fingers perfectly though.

LOL that's great!! I snapped my clutch lever on a get off almost 2.5 years ago and just left it because I liked it better. I like the shrink tubing idea ..... I think I'm going to do that.

If you can find the tubing that has a sealant inside for the first layer, it is thicker than regular tubing. Make it about 3/4 inch longer than the lever and after it has been shrunk on, fold it over and slide the second larger piece of regular stuff over and shrink it to hold the first piece folded. The levers feel pretty good!
