Thanks for all the tips fellas...especially the flooding the bike video...nice! Well I went through checking battery connections, grounds, relays, and then I took off wire leading into the clutch, cleaned it. Tried to start and I got a semi cough of the starter trying to turn. So I cleaned the clutch wire some more, sprayed some WD, then used Higgs' techniqued of pulling/pushing on the clutch in and out of gear rocking the bike and put back in neutral, kicked up the kickstand, kicked down the kickstand, more clutch work and tried starting agian and...well thru this process over and over it finally started! So I took a ride trying to work whatever kink it had, came back home, turned off to see if start again, and the same crap is still happening. So, I'm going to try the 'spray with water hose and fidget with things' technique and see if that helps. Thanks again and if ya'll have more suggestions keep em coming...definately helping!

Oh, and I definately should have taken more action after the bike was submerged...hope the bike doesn't have any serious long term issues...

 

If the starter motor has an external connection, hook a voltmeter between that and chassis ground and try cranking it. That will let you know if voltage is getting to the starter.
