While it does look pretty that add is a bit fishy. It looks stock but only got 45 mpg? Even rejetted and wringing the snot out of it my KLX has at the very worst gotten 48 mpg. Stock, the lowest I saw was 55mpg.

its easy to have a clean bike when it never gets dirty, with only 450 miles on it. probably all street....
