Hey Deej. Just thought I would try a 'Deej' thread.

So have you picked out a KLR650 to do some cruising with the bigger boys. I plan to do at least one 'coast' trip this year and spend the night in your neighborhood for a Deej hosted FS road tour.

 

Hmmmmmmm I do like the 650. I need to plan a route here on the peninsula. I want to do some sort of loop near Lake Ozette. I will try and do a GPS ride soon and map it out. I still have not seen 80% of the places to ride here, and in fact I don't think a person could see every possible place to ride out here in a lifetime. Hey wait a minute....are you saying I thread jack? .......How do you plead deej?.......Guilty!! OK now I have an assignment, right after I get my fence done at home.

 

I am up for that, Lets get the ball rolling on that one.
There is a 01 KLR 650 on craigs list for 2100.00 That will at least get you stated Deej.

 

Sometimes when I re-read my posts it looks like I have ADD or ADHD or STP or WD-40 or something........ Could it be the 8 cups of coffee every morning? Shoot....jacking my own thread again.

 

Although truth be told, I prefer the Honda 650 over the KLR. I mean its just......I can't describe it poetry in motion.

ATTENTION ALL NW RIDERS!!!!

I was walking down the hall and the lady in charge of education and outreach told me about an event here in Forks this summer in August that will be organizing a bike rally here, and could hit 5000 in numbers. Gonna be some DS rides, cruises and MX events. Hey Tony maybe we could arrange our ride around that date. It will be the biggest event since drag races came to Forks a couple of years ago. I'll keep you informed in a different post. There is a website, I will post it as soon as I find it.
