My Sidi FlexForce MX boots came in today! Snagged them on Ebay for $187 shipped, not too bad for a $400 boot. Dad has the same boot in black so we've got plenty of spare parts. I won't get a chance to try them out on the bike until Thursday, but I'm wearing them around the house They are WAY stiffer than the garbage boots I've been wearing, lots more protection. They gotta be broken in, that's for sure, definately a bit snug.





I'm broke as a joke now so it'll be a couple weeks before I order my shin/knee guards, elbow guards, and riding pants (and a new, matching jersey/gloves). It'll be another check before I snag that chest protector, though.

 

Nice boots, I have SIDI Discovery boots, they are comfy and don't need breaking in. It took me a little while to get used to riding with full boots, but now I don't even think about it much.
