I got stuck in a crazy traffic jam tonight....

 

Haha I wish i had that detour when im stuck in LA traffic.

 

It's nice to have isolation right at my doorstep. I almost took my husband's vmax out for a spin tonight but decided against it because the controls didn't feel right to me. it was very windy and i thought maybe I'd want to go a little faster than the KLX does. Decided to take my own out instead. It was starting to get dark and a storm was moving in so I didn't get as far off the beaten path as I would have liked to, but I really wanted to see what was up and over that next bend. Almost got in trouble turning around after I took some photos. it had rained recently and the ground was soft and I almost got stuck; luckily my bike is light enough I was able to muscle it out. We really are on borrowed time with our weather; I'm surprised we've had no snow yet. Just perfect weather for riding.
