Default Crash damage relocation

After one particular flop the horn was askew. The bracket was bent so I cut it off. First I mounted it under the left side tank mount but knew the horn would be muffled there. So I mounted it where it fit w/o the forks nailing it. Mounted an aluminum plate w/ a tab bent 90 degrees to bolt the horn to. Cleaned up the frame area abit too since the charcoal can fell off somewhere.

Nice fix. I always thought the "09"s horn location was not the best. It's right out in plain sight and right where it could get caught on stuff.
