Years ago I read in a newspaper about a guy in Australia who raced sidecars, he took a Kawasaki 2 stroke triple 750 and added an extra cylinder. Made it into a 4 cyl 1000cc 2st, and he raced it. Awesome stuff.

 

210 hp.. haha, rediculous I tell ya.. well "minor modifications"..... I doubt they're very minor to get 210 HP? Maby not? I'm not sure.. All I know is I rode a 50somethin HP 550 Husaberg, and that thing was much too much power for me. I couldn't even imagine trying a 210hp bike. I guess hillclimb competition maby? But to me I think it would be just unnecessary weight.. cr500 not enough juice? I doubt it.
Don't get me wrong, just voicing my discussion and opinion.

 

500's are so wicked. I rode one and it was compared to riding a wild bull who won't give up. I took it through some hare trails and on the straight away in 5th gear I could just twist the throttle a bit and it would honestly stand the bike up. It was so weird to get back on the KLX. But I like my bike

 

haha, yeah. After ridin the KLX for a while, you kind of feel it's somewhere's close to other bikes, and you got good confidence on the power of the little girl. Then I get on a 450 or something of that nature and it absolutely scares me because i'm not used to a bike with excess power. And I get back on the KLX and it's just like BLAH! Goin from 50+ HP to 20.... You fellas get the picture, and I'm sure you've been there

 

yea, i rode that ktm 450..... its a monster.... crazy.... i like my klx.... cant get into too much trouble with it like a 450....
