Default Could you tell me....
....the step by step proceedure to drill out the stock exhaust on an '06 KLX 250? Would it need to be re-jetted? And, if so, what size?

oh and about the jetting. you should rejet it. go get yourself a dynojet jetkit for the klx300.

I'd also really considder upgrading your pipe too, or at the very list "gut" the stocker like another member here did. If you're going to be spending the time, might as well give er.
