Is this the correct supplement for the 2007 KLX-250S when I pair it with this service manual?

It looks like Ron Ayers has the best price but, shipping seems a little high. Should I look anywhere else? Perhaps a sponsor of this website?
Should I consider anything else from Ron Ayers if I get my manuals there like the Motion Pro tools?
