UPDATE:

6 hours of hard work & this water disaster bike is running great! with labour costs in Thailand of about $40 an hour & $95 for the crank/rod.....not so much money to get fixed!! But the klx300 BB kit was the expensive add-on.....

I remember seeing at our dealership some Ultra 150 Jet skis come in running like crap. Basically melted one piston cause the timing would be off. When the customer would ramp a wave they werent letting off the throttle, runnin it wide open! They would land and that sudden water landing would tweak a rod just enough. Kawi was scratching their head on that one for awhile haha.
