So here it is! Here’s everything I’ve bought to date. Grand Total is $2,005! almost of that is tools and riding gear. I figure $1,200 has been spent directly on the KLX. So altogether that’s $6,300 for a reliable, low maintenance, street legal trail/play bike that’s decked out exactly how I want it. That’s still less than a bone stock KLX250F. No worries for me, I'm not married.

I forgot, I also bought tire irons and a set of hevy duty tubes, but I haven't had the motivation yet to change them. I might just try to see if I can wear out this set of tires on the stock tubes first and keep my fingers crossed. On bicycles and car's I have a fairly low rate of flats, I'm normally pretty god at spotting debris and tend to ride smooth and light even when I'm trying to go fast.
