Thanks Bill

I got the turn signals from a vendor on ebay (peakmoto), they will make a deal if you submit a reasonable offer.

I got the amber ones

But they also offer them in clear with amber bulb that are DOT.

I made him an "best offer" and he accepted so that BIN price isnt carved in stone.

I had to buy these for $6.95 free shipping, and mount them vertically to lower the fronts. These lights are so short the headlight shroud was blaocking it partially. I just bolted these rubber mounts in the stock hole, then the lights to the mounts. Its good too because now they can move if anything hits them.

Thanks for the great links JB1! One question...do the rear signals rub against the rack handles? Thanks

I have the clear LED's that say they are DOT approved. They are bright! I also got the ones for the front but the stalks were too short. They make a longer stalk so, I am going to trade these in for the longer ones. The wires on mine also had to be spliced because the wire that came on the blinker was not long enough to reach. There is no clearence issues and the lights are rubber mounted.

Well, they only come 2 to a package. I have the fronts alsobut need the ones with the long stem so I will have to take them back and trade them in. The blinkers are a much better quality than most aftermarket blinkers. They have 18 LED's in each light and have a nice rubber mount that lets them flex way over. All you need to slow the blinking down is a resistor on each blinker. I have done it on a sport bike and it cost about $1.00 each. I know 80.00 seems high for a set of blinkers but they are DOT legal and very brite.

Mine were too short as well to stick out past the shroud. I just ordered the white brothers mount for $7 and mounted it vertically which lowered them 2" so they stick out past the shroud (it angles in lower).

These are not CLEAR nor are they DOT, but I couldn't resist..........
and they offer some ideas..........
See how I had to cut small holes around the blinks?

The rears are nice and protected by the rack!!

These are super bright, and not easily brokedue to the size.
I cannot take credit though......many have this set-up.

No they dont hit and the grab handle acts as protection. I tell its sure easier to throw a leg over it now.

Here is how I mounted the rubber mounts on the front so I wouldnt need longer shafted lights and no cutting required.
