I lost a bolt from the chain guide as well.

mine lost a couple of those same bolts too. i dont know why, but those seem to be a problem.

I don't think they even have nylock nuts... Lots of shaking and banging around the swingarm, no nylok, no loktite...
I think I know what the problem is.

general maintenance, lubrication, and not wanting a long walk home, and yes cleanliness, before hand of course.
