Default Casper,WY

Hey everybody, I am moving from Pensacola, Fl. to Casper, Wy. I will be there on the25th. I hope I can find some good riding buddies to ride with. To the guys in the south east your a blast to ride with. Im a intermidate rider and have done the following to the bike, free mods, hmf pipe, moto pro springs, front and rear, renthal bars and acerbis tank. I dont post much but have been riding for thrity years (street) and three years on dirt mostly florida sugar sand and tight single track. Duane5157

Wyoming will be a change in riding terrain. Lots of public land to ride on. Most of the trails I have been on in Wyoming are wide and not very technical (that was west of Cheyenne though).

Thanks for the response, do you think the dunlop 606 will work on the terrain out there or something else like a kenda 270. Duane5157

I haven't ridden on the 606 but I think it would work well. A lot of the dirt roads and trails where I rode were hard but had a lot of loose gravel on the top 1/4". No matter what tire you have you will still slide in the corners at higher speeds if Casper is anything like the Cheyenne area. I always used a motocross tire designed for hard terrain and it worked well. I'm betting the 606 will work just as well.
