Default carb slide hole size with DynoJet kit

For the guys with the 250S and the Dynojet kit, did you use a 7/64's drill for the slide hole or the one that comes with the dynojet 300 kit? I didn't put the micrometer on it yet but the dynojet drill looks bigger.
Thanks,
db

Tony,
So even though I don't have the steroid kit you would use that same drill on the 250?
Thanks,
db

One more question. I pulled the A/F mixture screw to put in my new Kouba screw and thought there would be a small o-ring on it. There was not. Should there be? Mine was set at 3/4 turn out from the factory.
Thanks,
db

edit:
It looked like it was in there with a small washer over it so I left it in rather than pry it out. So the answer is YES there should be one and there is one.

Yep, its a #32 that comes with the kit. I used it. Its just a little bigger than the 7/64 drill I see used in the archives with the other way of modding with the Kawi parts. Just wanted to be sure cause I looked up the price of the diaphram and its like $90.00 . I am going to run back to the hardware store and swap out the SS screws for the next size longer and put lock washers on the bowl. The mods to the carb were easy and getting the carb out was also easy. I had it out in less than 30 minutes and it was my first time. More like 20 minutes but I did some cleaning too.
Thanks,
db

Yes there definitely should be an O-ring.

There should be an O-ring, washer and spring. Checkinside the hole with a magnifying glass..the O-ring is tiny.It should be at the bottom of the hole or maybe it got hung up on the threads on the way out. Don't put the Kouba in until you find that little bugger or you might just squish it into the threads...don't ask me how I know that! If it's not in there, maybe someone goofed during assembly. TheO-ring only comes as part of aset (screw, spring, washer,O-ring) from Kawi.
