Cool Bud Run Trail Ride '09 (CT)

Bud Run 3 years ago (or so)

11/15/09
9 mile marked trail (45 miles of riding through 8 towns is possible through the trail system) 300+ riders. Something for everyone, power lines, hill climbs, and oh yeah, around 60F means MUD! My KLX will be there!

I'll see you there!! I think I'll be there.. My buddy called me last weekend and told me about a run with 300 people.. Didn't say exactly where, I'm supposed to call him on Wednesday...

So I'm guessing this is it!!! Should be a good time!!

One Q - are there roads on this? My buddy with an ORV plate wanted to come..

I have a plated ( NJ ) CRF250x ( not inspected ) and the KLX.
will the police bother me on the Honda? it is the better trail bike, and i dont have all the protection for the KLX yet.

Screw it - I lost my license plate in the forest two weeks ago... So if there's cops around they'll look at me first

Pure off road, no plate required. Nobody will bother you, and I should have addy today. Can't wait to see a big bore KLX in action Larry!

Oh yeah, people bring side by sides too. I guess last year someone did the hill climb with one lol. So any type of off road vehicle (no trucks or jeeps) is fair game.

Sweeeeet.. This is going to be fun!
If you see me, say hi, you can try out the 351

I'll be the KLX with no license plate, a "ThumperTalk" sticker on my front fender, and a "JE Pistons" sticker on my rear right under the tail light..

My red KLX looks stock but isn't, you'll see my MA plate.

Aww man, that's pretty close to me.. I might just ride over there on the bike instead of the truck.. What time are you planning on getting there? Where is the meeting spot, in a parking lot or something?
