ok... sorry... that wasn't really a question. still a dual sport with sport bike tires IMO. but you can still stick up for it if you want actually, i really like the look.

 

Check out some supermoto races - they are great. The tracks are kind've a cross between motocross and pavement track and the bikes are basically dirt bikes with some obvious changes such as the tires but are generally set up differently w/regard to suspension and other stuff too:
