Default Bit broke in Starter jet, how screwed am I?

Well, reviews said the harbor freight bits break, I figured I'm hand drilling one size up so how bad can they be...... First took small bits to see which ones slid right in, then once one didn't I slowly hand spun it as it went in, thought I was done and tried to put a small one in but it wouldn't go. Looked at other bit and it was a bit shorter than before.

What are my options? This carb can't be trashed due to this. Is there no way to get the starter jet out and put a new one in? I cannot see into the hole well enough to see the broken bit. Do I try to push it through the other side? Can't imagine that would be a good idea.

Might be time for a pumper carb. So frustrating when you are super careful and bit breaks. It broke so easily that I didn't even feel the resistance or it breaking.
