Bike stand
what size bike stand does anyone use? anyone know where i can get a good one at a good price? Being that i am new to owning a bike, how do you get it onto the stand?

Nobrakes that looks different from the Sears motorcycle jack that a friend had. Is that a new model from Sears?

I don't know if it's a new model or not. There was another model there that was a lot cheaper. It was red, but they didn't have any of those in stock. They had this one on the shelf, and I needed a lift to spare my back, so I bought it even though it was about $100 more than the other one. I'm sure the other one is fine too - I might have gotten it instead if they'd had it in stock.

That's the one my friend had. I think it was about $100. Yours looks sooo much higher in quality. I'll have to go check them both out at Sears. Knowing me, I'll most likely want the better one, like yours.....yeah, most definitely.
Maybe I'll wait for it to go on sale.

That is a nice stand. I need to get one too! I like the one Deej has it can raise the bike 14 to 33 inches or something like that. But the one he has cost $236.99 at denniskirk.com its a lot of money but I think I'm going to make the Investment.[sm=smiley20.gif]

The lift that deej has is nice, but $236.99 ? ? ? ?
I paid $299 for this one and shipping was only $20. So it cost me a total of $319!
Doesn't take up any more room than the bike does. I park the bike on the lift!
