Bike stalls at 2000 rpm and now won’t idle

Thanks for all the political talk. Put the new jet needle in and it works perfect now. Maybe a little dead spot around 5000 rpm but runs great. Won’t stall if I hold it at any RPM and can start from a dead stop without having to rev it up a lot. Thanks for the help and on to the next thing, rejettingthe carb with a bigger main jet

Bigger main won't deal with the 5000 rpm dead spot unless it is flat with wide open throttle. If it is flat when riding along, that is usually the needle and the reason why an adjustable needle (clip/5 grooves) is useful. Some do Dyno Jet, I did Keihin per Pippin's notes in Cheap KLX hop ups.
