Try pulling out the choke. If it stalls with minimum choke, definitely rich. If it doesn't and starts running smooth, it's too lean.

If it's an exhaust leak, you will get lots of loud popping sounds during closed throttle deceleration. It's really obvious once you've heard it, and then tightened the header...

the usual thing you do when putting a different exhaust is upjet
change air box at all, upjet

but them im at sea level so I cant take into account elevation changes

my bike is still bone stock and the plug barely had any color on it
if you want I can take a pic I think it had 1500 original miles on it then I put in an iridium plug

I would say upjet

lets hope the blubber isnt it trying to seize until it cools enough at idle

Well, I checked for an exhaust leak, and I can feel exhaust coming from right behind the muffler where it is held on with a couple springs. But it is totally sealed at the slip on connection, I doubt that will cause me to be lean. It pops just as normal as any bike would. I'm going to throw the air box on and run the hell of out it and see if it blubbers at idle when it gets really hot. Thanks for the ideas

Well when I pull the choke out slowly it dies instead of rising in RPM or getting smooth. It acts like nothing then it gets a point and just cuts out.

Did you find your problem?

Not really, I kinda just deal with it, the temperature dropped from 75-80 to 60s again and I haven't had a problem, I'll have to wait till it heats up outside before I can continue to diagnose the issue

It's hard to make jetting/carb diagnosis over the internet for others, but I saw two things that make think of a pattern. You say it ran better overall when you pulled the aibox lid off...usually indicates a too rich condition. Lastly you mention it runs better when the temps are cool and blubbers only when the temps warm up...usually indicates a too rich condition. That's all I got.

That's what I think too, but the spark plug is definitely not black, its white. I'll pull it again here shortly, I really think that my idle is just too rich. Just gotta wait for it to warm up again before I can be sure

Default Reading Spark plugs

here's some pretty good tips on reading plugs. White porcelin doesn't necessarily mean that it's not rich.

Reading Spark Plugs Correctly
