That's what I was thinking, too. I like the MX stuff, but since I'm trail riding, and still know relatively little about it (three months ago I knew nothing), I'll keep focusing on trails. I'll check out Rider and Dirt Rider.

Trail Rider magazine has national and district coverage of a lot of the smaller enduro and hare scramble events, no MX. I ride some of the points NMA offroad events, being a memeber gets you a subscription. It's kind of a small mag but has some good stories and enduro bike test and rteviews, think they send out 4 a year or something. Small operation, most stories and pics are stuff guys like you and me send in after our events.

Dirt Bike and Dirt Rider have a fair share of off road bikes featured each month. I pick them up as opposed to the MX only types TransWorld and MXAction.

this arrived on my doorstep years ago
i had just got my first bike, a honda SL-70
and was almost exactly his son chad's age
i thought he was the luckiest boy on the planet
