Bent front rotor - are rotor protectors worth the cash?

Cool. Thanks for that! There's a lot of front rotors listed for '06-'07 but little for 2nd gen.

Yeah, on the shorter downhills I'll use some engine braking. On the longer downhills I'll kill the engine (could be 10 min in some cases!) and coast. You wanna talk about some steep grades! Wooooooooo!

You do have a front brake and it can be used when you're not pushing 100%. A touch does a lot.

cheap dial indicator. Would be plenty good enough for checking something like that, or other jobs in the future.
