BENT BARS ? GOOD REPLACEMENT #, size, brand etc.
What's a good aftermarket replacement for my bent stock bars? I don't want to do and grinding modifications and want to use a nice bar-end mounted hand protector system to strengthen my bars.

It's a personal preference... I went with Renthal Jimmy Button high bend... It's quite a high bar... You find differences in the rake, rise, sweep, etc. The Renthal website lists all the different sizes and bends, and all their various dimensions.
Careful not to go too high otherwise you can end up short on cables etc... I had no issues with mine, though I definitely took up all available slack.

As Kawi Wawi said, it is personal preference. If you want something that matches the stock bar, then you need to look up the specs on the stock bar such as rise, bend, etc, and then find an aftermarket bar that matches. Renthal, and other MFGs do too I'm sure, publish tables of bars and the dimensional specs. Shouldn't be too hard to find something suitable.
I happened to choose Renthal MX bar listed as "McGrath, Lusk & Stewart" bend (this is not where I got them, but just one of the top in a Google search):

I don't remember how these compare to the stock profile, but they suit me.

No-Brakes,
I like your bars but if I remember correctly, you had to do some in depth mods to make everything fit. You are a much better modifier than I. I see the Renthal bars at the local Kawi dealer but there are so many options. I put a few of them up to the new bike they had on the floor and there were issues with all the sizes that they had in stock. I just wondered if anyone had a seemless group of part #s that could be exchanged for stock with nice bar-end hand protectors that wouldn't limit your hand positions, lever function, etc. I want something that can fall over and take a blow without bending. I ride with my 9 year old who rides a KLX110. Whenever he goes down, I have to get off my bike and kick-start his. These things are so top heavy that the kick stand goes through almost everything and my bike falls in the mud, dirt or asphault. I have never wrecked it when riding but it has taken so many falls, that the looks are gone. The bike is only 5 months old. I want to restore the looks and make it less vulnerable to falls. I also think that we need a better kickstand much more than a new skid-plate design. Anyone up to the job? I grew up riding a modified XR 175. That bike didn't fall over and was much easier to pick up. Of course I am 44 not 14 anymore. Deej has a great bike as well and while I admire what you guys are doing, I don't have the time or patience to do it anymore. Help a lazy modifier out with a few good part numbers please.

Well, I've offered what help I can by showing the bar that I bought. There wasn't any modifying with the bar though - you might referring to the IMS tank install which was definitely not a bolt-on job. The bar goes right on, though. Ok, I do vaguely remember that the turn signal / light / horn switch had a little nub on it that you need to cut off - that fit into an alignment hole on the stock bar, but that was very minor.
With an aftermarket bar like a Renthal, the bar ends are not plugged like on the stock bar so you can use some beefy bark busters than bolt into the bar end. I really think it is just a matter of matching the bend you like with one of the aftermarket brands. Renthals are good but so are lots of others. Most of the bars are marked at the ends so you can shorten them up evenly if they are too wide, but I just left mine. They are a little wider than stock, but I honestly just didn't feel like cutting them down. Maybe some others can provide the parts that they used - I'm sure something will appeal to you since there are a lot of bar choices available.

Thanks for the advise. That doesn't sound like a big deal. What bark busters do you use? The Renthals that I saw were a little wider than our stockers and had a wider mounting portion in the center which allowed less room for our mirrors, switches, throttle, grips and bark busters to mount on. I have looked at some Moose products and the Acerbis Dual Sport Nylon bar-end hand protectors. I kind-a-like the stock big bright turn signals and I thought those bark busters you've got might strengthen my handlbars more than the Nylon type.
