This is a pic' taken after we blasted down an 10,000' runway during the End of Season Ride at Misawa Air Base, JA

I got the mighty D-tracker up to 85MPH before getting the signal to slow down. The sport bikes were all long gone by then, but I dusted all of the enduros that showed-up; they all had after market pipes, but no sixth gear[8D]

Afterward, we had a very Harleyesche "poker chase," where we circled the entire base, stopping and at various points to pick-up chips. Didn't end up with a winning hand, but it was fun just the same. Oh, there was a barbecue as well.

this is the same color scheme. Can't seem to locate the ones I took of my bike, but it looks the same as this advertisement photo

 

Black is beautiful.... Like my morning esspresso

 

I try not to leave home without it....espresso that is; bike is done for the winter. If I get out the door without my cafeine, I usually don't make it past the nearest convenience store.

Holy Cow does that bring back some awesome memories!

Have you taken your bike up to Hokkaido? There's some great roads up there. Hokkodate is a party town, but Sapporo is the capital of the northern island for good reason!

I would love to come back there for a visit, but it just wouldn't be the same!

Head east to Hachinohe and ride on the beach! Great time!
