Well it kind of reminded me of that movie "The New Guy. Some new kid pushed me intoo the lockers and everyone was just like "Oh $hit" and it got all quiet, so I gave him a knee in the chest, elbow to the ear and a jab to his nose and he fell


They couldn't press charges because he started the fight.

 

I'm thinking that you may have some anger management issues. The knee to the chest and elbow to the ear should havebeen enough

Lucky you! Down here they'll usually call the cops, file a police report, and suspend both offenders regardless of who "started" it.

Their reasoning is that when you're attacked, you shouldn't fight back in self defence. The proper thing to do would be to run like a little bitch and cry to the teacher that somebody's trying to beat you up.

Hehe, only been suspended twice myself. Once back in the fifth grade for jerry-rigging the teachers comfy chair and the office waiting room chairs with staples, and again back in the seventh grade when I set off a stinkbomb in this kids desk.

Second incident didn't go as planned. I was going to let it off in this girls desk, but wasn't sure if I was going to follow through with it, so I put it in my friends desk, ONTOP of his books, closed the desk, sat on it, and...

"SNIFF SNIFF. Oh ****..."

A guy bumped shoulders with me in school once. He wanted to fight, called me names because I wouldn't in the hallways. I knew it was just going to get broken up and we would have gotten suspended. So I held er cool while he was calling me a bitch while I was walking away. I just walked up to him when none of his friends were around for him to be tough for, and told him to meet me at the skate park after school and we'll settle things. He calmly said.. OK.
So we did it after school, no one got in trouble, and no one thought I was apuss..

No anger management, just use to be picked on in Elementary and some middle school and hated it.
Yes, I had charges filed against me and was escorted home by the police.
Yes my Girlfriends best friend is the principles daughter.
Yes the rents are flipping.
I think he wanted to try and look tough or somehting? He had a "posse" and wanted to show off. It went the wrong way for him. I think he was going down after the knee but wanted to make sure. I stopped after that because I started to black out, and it's not a good thing when I do, the main reason I stopped boxing and started MMA. In boxing you split up when you get too close, in MMA you stop when someone taps or is out cold.
