Auxiliary Tank Debacle

Auxiliary Tank Debacle
Got Fuel? barley. Trail tested the new fuel tank and after 50 mile of bumping and grinding, Scat noticed a bit of bouncing on the back of my bike.
Three of the brackets had failed...damn. So I have done an upgrade Which should solve this problem.
GOLD... not really, just a funky pic.
I've got wings...
I've got rubber insulation...
I've got welds that look much nicer in real life...
And it's ready to mount. No short cuts mounting 10lbs of fuel. OK?

RE: Auxiliary Tank Debacle
Nice job Tony, just be aware guys the rack does have a warning about overloading 5kg's on mine that’s about 11lbs or so. I personally am not keen about having extra weight that high up only because of my problem with gravity lol. I have already dropped the bike once trying to get on it and so far I have not needed more than the stock tank. Yes I know one day I will maybe by then someone will have made one. BTW I emailed Clarke in the States to see if they have one, I don't remember if you guys tried them or not.
On another note I have ordered some LED replacement light bulbs which I'll be trying in the KLX. They are not the whole light set-up Todd used just the bulb filament replaced with LED's. I’ll let you know how they go.
Cheers
Garry
