Default Aprilla SXV 550 with Klx250sf engine

Saw this on SuperMoto Central on facebook. Interesting... super light chassis (260 dry) with excellent brakes, and a motor that will chug 50+k miles..

Is that a carb or EFI? I want details, damn it!
It leaves me speechless on the why and wow.
They need the newer silver clutch cover though...

Having ridden a 550 Aprilia... that would be sooooo anti-climactic... well, except for those killer single finger brakes...

But the 250 would run so much longer with so much less maintenance.

You could just find a blown up sxv, they seem pretty common, and pick her up for CHEAP and do this mod...not really worth it imo, but a possibility.
