So you're running?
Did you swap stators?

Just a note on this - note the difference between a Phillips head screw and a JIS head screw. A Phillips screwdriver has a very good chance of stripping a JIS head screw (which I believe, pretty much all Japanese bikes use, rather than Phillips), but a JIS screwdriver will work for JIS and Phillips screws. Google it if you need more info. I've heard of lots of 'phillips' screw heads (which were actually JIS) getting stripped out, where a JIS screwdriver likely wouldn't have caused the damage.
