Default Anyone using the FMF Q4?

I would imagine that this would be one of the quietest aftermarket exhausts for this bike. If anyone is using one, how did it fit? I had a Q2 on a DR650 and it was ok, but didn't fit real well and leaked a little.
Thanks.

I have a Q4 with a Powerbomb header. Works great, glad I bought it. I had no problems fitting it to my bike, it didn't melt anything. The sound is good, relatively quiet, still thumps.

Only thing that sucked was the crazy list I had to get on to order from FMF, took forever.

Is $299 a good price for a new FMF Q4?

sounds good, my hmf ended up being 260 shipped (quite core extra, no free shipping like some places that sell the fmf), probally should have gotten the fmf for a bit more.

I got the FMF Q4 full exhaust, I love it. Nice and quiet when putting around, but open it up and it screams real nice

I have the slip on. I had no problems with fit or finish. I followed the installation instructions exactly, using hi-temp silicone at the joint betweent he stock header and the Q4. I lucked out and got mine at dealer cost from a parts unlimited dealer. I have noticed them on ebay for good prices.
I love mine, very nice thump, but not annoyingly loud.

Thanks for the info. I'll probably also be just going with the slip on. I usually keep the smaller stock headpipe b/c I think it helps the low end torque a little at the expense of a little top end HP.

Another question, are the FMF stickers easily removable? I like the plain look a little more, I must be getting old!!!

Thanks.

Look like the stickers would peel off ok.
