I got a 2009 KLX250SF and looking to change the throttle control. Has anyone done it? what did you use?

I just saw something like this:

Is it a direct bolt on replacement?

Does anyone found a complete new aftermarket plug n play right command (start + throttle + kill switch) that would be thinner than the stock one?
