Default Any Electrical Genius know what this is?

Hallo. Adding some heated grips to my UK spec KLX250S(9) Fuel injected 2009 model - as I am soft and its a bit fresh out at present.

Found this apparently unused connector under the right hand side panel, the multi-block in the picture not the single brownish wire, the white lead is ignition controlled so intend to use it unless anyone can suggest why not to. Tried the single brown lead but the Fuel Injection goes into fault with a load on this wire.

Anyway any help from someone clever would be appreciated - or a wiring diagram if you have one floating about in the ether.

PS think the UK spec is the same as in some Asian markets ~ and Brazil?

Thanks Will.

That is a connector for making revisions to data workshop.
I think. My bike also has it and I never worried about it.

Default Thanks chaps

Thanks for the replies - think using the horn live should do the job. Hardly ever use a horn - so guess the supply will not be overloaded.

Off to the garage to do a bit more tinkering will let you know if i get warm hands. My other bike was much easier, just ticked the box on the order saying "Heated Grips", (and paid the money)
