You heard it right. I have an all black D-Tracker plastic kit up for sale.



Someone was nice enough to hook me up with this kit, unfortunately, the headlight will not fit without some mods, and the front fender is just a bit short..

If I were to put these on my bike, I'd need to fab a way to mount the headlight, and the front fender... I don't want to start rigging stuff up, and I SUCK at fabrication, so I figured I'll pass these on to someone here to see what they can do with them.

The two radiator covers are BRAND NEW - absolutely spotless. The other pieces are lightly used, and in great condition. The radiator covers will bolt right up - they're a perfect fit. So is the rear tail fender which also has a smoother brake light than the stock KLX250S brake light.

I paid a good amount of cash for these plastics! If anyone wants them, shoot me a PM and make an offer. If I can't get at least what I paid for them, then I will suck it up and start converting the bike over to black..

Nice! That can make for an awesome setup.

Maybe you could get an Acerbis universal black fender and use the UFO-style / older KDX headlight mounting with some rubber bungies? Or use the Acerbis Cyclops headlight? Just throwing out ideas, since it sounds like you'd like for the black to work.

I'd think of biting, but I like my Green Machine.

A hijack with a bump- if anyone buys this kit and would like to part with a clean right side cover (white 2007), please let me know. It's the only part of my bike that's rashed well and it bothers me every time I see it. Heck, I'd consider buying both sides if you want.

Hey Larry, sorry to see you are parting with the blackout kit. I have a black headlight, universal fit that sells over here for the klx, would part with it for around $25 plus shipping:

it uses rubber straps around the forks to install. I could test fit on mine, and take photos if anyone is interested. I bought this for someone, but they could not afford the international shipping charges, so it sits in my parts room.

 

Anyone else needing black panels / shrouds? Universal fit headlihgt in black?
