Hey all, looking to purchase a couple extra sets of plastics for my 07 KLX 250. Currently it's got a black/orange set with the orange showing signs of sun damage. Wanted to still keep this set for trail riding but can't seem to find any places to buy any other kits.

Anyone got some good shops for these bikes?

 

I don't think there are aftermarket plastics for the KLX, only the OEM ones, which you can find online or order from your local dealer.

 

Yeah, with the exception of front and rear fenders that can be relatively close to a direct fit, side covers and tank/radiator shrouds are very proprietary to most bikes. Most aftermarket side cover and shroud replacements and options are usually reserved for more current "flagship" racing bikes in the major manufacturer lineups...unfortunately not as prevalent when it comes to trail bikes and DS bikes. I don't think there's any or much of anything available for even the venerable and long-running KLR650 in the aftermarket plastics specific to the KLR on side covers and rad shrouds.

 

Yea seems like it. Guess I'll just go the decal route instead..lol
