I remember seeing here that a few folks have tried this unit and I was thinking of buying it myself. Have any of you found any problems with it and do you reccomend it. I really want to clean up the rear and the turn signals..it's such a rookie look to me!

BTW...Jerry at Four Stroke Works is sending me a new pipe in Candy Apple Green powder coat...I'll post pics after the install.

 

i used a pice of plastic to cover up the hole from the stock tail light

Nice job EMS..I didn't realize there was a hole that large beneath the light. Maybe I'll try something else.

 

thanks... thats why i took pics... when i went to do it i was suprised too... i took them for others going to do it... kinda shocked to see this when the stock light came off......

 

Eric are you mounting the acerbis to the black plastic piece you made or is it screwed into the green?

 

its screwed to the green fender a hair above the black plastic.

 

*****. ok i give up on that one hahaha. I've got mine mounted the same and my rack doesnt go on. I quit. I should jsut throw it away and be done with it.

 

I actually riveted mine. Hey Stellar are you trying to mount the light with the rack off? You can't do that. You need to leave the rack where it is, and then slid the light right up under he rack. It will work. Don't give up dude!! It will tuck right in there.

 

Hey I just thought of something. I might have set a couple of washers under the back rack mounting studs to slightly lift it. Hang on and I'll walk down to the shop and take a look. Stay tuned.
